As well as our regular volunteer gardening sessions, other events and activities are held throughout the year at Pannett Park.

Don't miss the new "Spring in the Park" video which is now available to view on the website. Also check out the "Photo of the Month" which is constantly updated as different flowers bloom & trees come into leaf.

Monday 24th June 2013 The Friends of Pannett Park AGM. 6.30 pm Normanby Room. Minutes of meetings can be found in the document archive of the Pannett Park website. The agenda will also be available on the website prior to the meeting.

Pannett Art Gallery & the Friends of Pannett Park. Help us to make some incredible blooms using only recycled materials. Make a flower or a whole bouquet to add to our display. Please send your recycled flowers to Pannett Art Gallery by 30th June 2013.

Tuesday 9th July 2013 Yorkshire in Bloom.Today the judges are visiting the park & also judging Whitby's entry in the competition.

Wednesday 31st July 2013 Friends of Pannett Park. Pannett Day. 11 am to 3 pm. Come along and help us to celebrate Alderman Pannett who made our beautiful park possible. Picnic in the park, music, stalls, games, competitions.

Tuesday 30th July 2013 Friends of Pannett Park Exhibition of photographs. Staithes Room, Pannett Gallery. Until the end of August. Art Gallery closed Mondays.

Thursday 8th August 2013 Whitby Photographic Society. 6.30 pm. Photography in the park.

Thursday 31st October 2013 Friends of Pannett Park. Halloween in the park. 12 to 2. Spooky fun for all the family.

Wednesday 11th December 2013 Friends of Pannett Park. Switching on the Christmas tree lights. 4 pm, Museum terrace.
